The Drawing Board

Welcome to the Drawing Board. Here you'll find a list of my finished schematics, but also works in progress and abandoned ships.

Coronado

fandom/coronado

A TOS-era carrier

Not a very plausible design at all, but here it is anyway.

De Ruyter Class

deruyter_finalderuyter_acideruyter_compderuyter_tosdisplayderuyter_pressure

An early 23rd century science vessel, outfitted with powerful specialized sensors. The S.S. Tromp NAR-1242 is a civilian ship in service with the American Continent Institute.

The black and white display is supposed to look like one of those old, low-budget, early TOS 'displays'.

Federation

fandom/federationfandom/federation_2

The Federation class Dreadnought and a variant with different nacelle arrangement.

Based on the famous Franz Joseph design.

Hermes

fandom/hermes

Based on the famous Franz Joseph design.

Imhotep Class

imhotep1imhotep2

A 23rd century automated transport/tug. The Manhattan class is a variant specialized in transporting dangerous cargo like antimatter.

Obviously, inspired by the animated series.

A Frigate

Mann Class

mann_original_finalmann_updated_finalmann_comparisonmann_msd

An early heavy cruiser type.

Originally designed by Rick Sternbach for the Spaceflight Chronology. The first image depicts the original design, the second one is updated to include common elements like a shuttlebay and impulse engines.

Marshall Class

marshall_final

Designed by Rick Sternbach for the Spaceflight Chronology. It's a bit strange, with hardly any recognizable details, but here it is anyway.

Ptolemy

fandom/ptolemyfandom/ptolemy_podlessfandom/FJ_pods

TOS-era Transport/Tug.

Based on the famous Franz Joseph design.

Romulan 'Cerberus' Class

romulan_cerberus2

A warp cruiser in use during the Romulan War with Earth.

Inspired by Greg Jein's model made for the Star Trek Chronology.

Based on the famous Franz Joseph design.

Surya
